The land rate works out to about S$1,440 psf ppr if a 7 per cent bonus on balconies is further taken into account. This makes The Continuum a very attractively priced upcoming new launch condo in this area, especially with its rare freehold status for new condo launches" said Kiwi Lim from the appointed marketing agency Huttons Asia.
