Q&A regarding Free Membership for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents:
Is the e-voucher transferrable?
Yes, it is transferrable. However, all Singaporeans or Permanent Residents must register online before activating the membership at the Gallery.
Will I receive a physical card?
As part of our eco-friendly efforts, all members will receive an e-card instead of a physical card. However, if you require a physical card, it can be provided at an administrative fee of $2.
I was a Gallery Insider but my membership has expired. Can I use the voucher to claim the complimentary subscription?
Yes, you are welcome to join our membership again using the promotion.
Does the membership start date begin immediately upon activation?
Yes, the start date begins immediately upon activation.
I am an existing Gallery Insider. Will I enjoy complimentary one-year extension?
Yes, all existing Gallery Insiders will receive a one-year complimentary membership extension. We will be communicating this via email soon.
Can I register my child for the promotion?
Children aged 12 years and below are not eligible to sign up for Gallery insider membership.
Not to worry, children aged 6 and below as well as locally-based students enjoy free admission for General Admission. More info here.

- Payment to be made by cash only.
- Registered memberships combination must consist of minimum one Standard-Adult tier
- In the event that the two registered memberships are not of similar tier (e.g. Standard-Adult + Standard-Concession), payment is to be made for the higher priced tier
