Koh Brothers through their subsidiary, KBD Ventures, has bought Van Holland, freehold condo (formerly known as Toho Mansion or Toho Mansions) site situated along Holland Road. The collective sale will be sealed with a purchasing price of S$120.43 million that translates to about S$1,805 psf ppr.

By 2035, six MRT lines will be serving the various Western districts so residents, workers and visitors will have enhanced accessibility to the rest of the island, including direct connections to the Central Business District, Changi Airport and Jurong Innovation District. Key transportation nodes, such as the future Jurong East Integrated Transport Hub will integrate the upcoming Jurong Region Line and Cross Island Line, providing residents with greater connectivity to major employment, recreation and leisure hubs.

Such measures facilitate the mobility of talent and bring growth to neighbouring estates, transforming the West region into a lifestyle and innovation hub. Car-lite districts will also be in vogue, with the future Jurong Canal Drive Extension, a new mobility corridor designed only for buses, to connect two car-lite districts, Tengah and Jurong Lake District (JLD).

With a limited number of freehold launches in the area from previous years, Van Holland, with its highly desirable freehold status, prime District 10 address, located at Holland Village MRT station and proximity to town, looks set to be an icon in the area
